Mauritius Telecom opened its first Customer Service Centre (CSC) in 1992 to be closer to its customers. The initial vocation of CSCs was especially to register applications for new line and receive payment of telephone bills.

With the evolution of our customer base, the customers’ needs for new products and converging telecommunications services; MT initiated the concept of Teleshop. There the customer can find, in a single but diversified space, a whole range of products and services to satisfy his needs and make his life easier.

The space of each Teleshop is organized around three main areas, each of which presents a category of products and/or services related to the needs of the customer:

Mobile Communication
Internet Communication
Telephone Communication
Nine Teleshops are presently in operation, namely: Curepipe, Ebéne Cyber Tower, Flacq, Gare du Nord (P. Louis), Grand Bay, Mahébourg, Quatre Bornes, Rose Hill, and Telecom Tower. More Teleshops will gradually be opened throughout the country, in more strategic locations, to replace the Customer Service Centres.
